Range of medicolegal reports
One of the primary services that we offer is as an expert witness in cases where there have been problems related to adults with neurological disabilities or conditions. Our chief chartered neurological physiotherapist Gerry Harlow is available to offer a range of treatments for these patients but also to offer his expert opinion for legal cases.
As someone registered with the Medicolegal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MLACP), Gerry is able to provide a range of reports for both claimants and defendants. The reports will also be impartial and accurate, concise and robust with an honest opinion based on his extensive experience. All of the reports created are done so in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules; Experts and Assessors, Guidance for the instruction of experts in civil claims and Practice Direction 35.
Where the expertise comes from
Gerry offers this expert witness service from two viewpoints. One is as an extensively trained expert in his field and the other is from someone who actively works with patients who have a wide range of conditions. Neurological physiotherapy
